B. Wayne Gladden LUTCF entered the insurance industry in 1973 as a broker, marketing to businesses and corporations. Wayne says that by working with business owners, all the way from those who are struggling, to the very wealthy has given him the insight to understand what makes a business fail, and what makes them highly successful for many years.

Wayne is the C.E.O. and sole decision maker for his insurance agency, Gladden Services Corp. located in the Atlanta Ga. area. He has been successful for many years by remaining simple in his explanation of insurance products to his clients, and by being reliable and truthful.

He authored his book Learn A Lot Earn A Lot to provide a simple and truthful path to success for those who are seeking to build a successful business. He remains full time and active managing his business and staff, and enjoys a fruitful and successful life. He knows that his book will help you do the same and that is his objective.
